We’re actively hiring across engineering, design, and marketing. All roles are based at our Patna office with hybrid flexibility post-probation.

Our Hiring Process

We keep our hiring process fast, transparent, and respectful of your time. Here’s what to expect from application to offer:

1. Application Review (1–3 days): We review your CV and portfolio. Every application gets a response — no ghosting, ever.
2. Screening Call (20 minutes): A quick video call with HR to understand your background, expectations, and answer your questions about the role and company.
3. Technical / Skills Assessment (2–3 days): A take-home assignment or pair-programming session relevant to the role. We keep it focused — max 3 hours of your time.
4. Panel Interview (60 minutes): A structured interview with the hiring manager and one senior team member. A mix of technical depth, problem-solving, and culture fit discussion.
5. Reference Check & Offer (2–3 days): Reference verification followed by a written offer. We move quickly for candidates we’re excited about.

Total process typically takes 10–15 working days from application to offer. We communicate proactively at every stage — you always know where you stand.
