For ongoing work, support retainers, or open-ended projects, we offer monthly retainer or time-and-materials billing. For most projects, we work on a milestone-based payment structure: typically 30% advance to begin, 40% on design approval / mid-project milestone, and 30% on final delivery and go-live. This protects both parties and ensures aligned incentives throughout the project.

No. Our proposals are comprehensive and clearly itemize what is and isn't included. The only additional costs you may incur are third-party services like hosting, domain, payment gateway fees, or third-party API subscriptions — and we always declare these upfront in the proposal.

For clients on AMC plans, critical production issues (site down, payment failures) receive a response within 2 hours and a fix within 4 hours during business hours. Non-critical issues are addressed within 24 hours. Emergency weekend support is available on Priority AMC plans.

Absolutely. Many of our long-term clients come back to us for feature enhancements, new modules, and product evolution. We offer flexible retainer models for ongoing development so you always have a dedicated team ready to build what's next.

You do. Once the project is fully paid, all intellectual property — source code, designs, databases, documentation — belongs 100% to you. This is stated clearly in our contract. We retain no rights to use or resell your product or any proprietary parts of it.

Never. We treat all client information with strict confidentiality. We will only add your project to our portfolio with your explicit written permission. NDA signing is available before any discussion, and our standard contract includes robust confidentiality clauses.

We use a professional Service Agreement that covers scope of work, payment terms, IP ownership, confidentiality, timelines, change management, and dispute resolution. For international clients, we can adapt the contract to comply with UAE, UK, or US legal requirements. We recommend consulting your legal advisor before signing any contract.
